The 24-Hour Satisfaction Window

Every cleaning arranged through Maid VIP is backed by a 24-hour satisfaction window. If you notice an area that was missed or not completed to standard, you may request a re-clean within 24 hours of the service being rendered. This window lets us make it right promptly — before the home is lived in and its original condition changes.

How to Request a Re-Clean

To request a re-clean, contact us within the 24-hour window and document exactly what was missed — the specific rooms, surfaces, or areas of concern, ideally with photos. Clear documentation allows us to brief the professional precisely and ensures every noted item is addressed on the return visit. Requests made after the 24-hour window, or without specific documented items, may not qualify.

Document the missed spots specifically. A short list or a few photos of each area is all we need to send the team back prepared to resolve everything in one visit.

Same-Team Resolution

We resolve every valid re-clean request by sending the same vetted professional or team who performed the original service back to your home to correct all documented items, at no additional charge. Because they already know your home and the agreed scope of work, they can address the missed areas efficiently and to the standard you expect.

Re-Clean vs. Refunds

The re-clean is our standard remedy for a missed-spot concern, and it is always offered at no cost. If a client declines the offered re-clean, or requests a different professional or team instead of allowing the originally assigned team to return and correct the work, the satisfaction obligation is considered fulfilled. In that case, the service is not eligible for a refund — no refunds are provided for services rendered where a re-clean was offered and refused.
