You set your rate. When we quote a client, we add our standard agency referral fee on top of your rate — so you receive exactly what you asked for on every referral, every time.

Nothing to apply. Our model is simple: we earn only through the standard agency referral fee added on top of your rate when we quote a client, so you are never paying out of pocket to receive referrals.
Do I need my own insurance, supplies, and equipment?
Yes. As an independent business, you carry your own professional liability insurance and bring your own professional-grade supplies and equipment to every visit.
How much experience do I need?
We refer professionals with a minimum of two years of verifiable residential or estate cleaning experience, who pass a comprehensive background check and identity verification.
