Window cleaning is quote-based: price depends on how many windows you have, the number of stories, whether you want interior and exterior, and any hard-water treatment. You receive a fixed quote — covering both price and estimated time — before anything is scheduled.
Do you clean both the inside and outside of the windows?
Yes. Interior and exterior glass are both included, along with screens, tracks, and sills. You can also request exterior-only or interior-only if that is all you need.
Do you remove hard-water and mineral spots?
Yes, hard-water and mineral-deposit removal is included. Sprinkler spotting and, near the coast, salt-film are treated to restore clarity to the glass. Deeply etched glass is flagged before work begins, since severe etching cannot always be fully reversed.
How high can you reach?
Our referred professionals work at standard, ladder-reachable residential heights, typically ground-floor and standard ladder-reach windows. For safety, we do not take on high-rise or specialized rope-access work.
Do you clean screens, tracks, and sills?
Yes. Screens are removed and washed, tracks are vacuumed and wiped, and sills and frames are cleaned before the screens are re-set, so the whole window is addressed, not just the glass.
