A standard recurring clean is $250 for a home up to 1,500 sq ft, $300–$475 for 1,500–2,500, $475–$650 for 2,500–3,500 and $650+ for larger homes; deep cleaning and move-out start at $450; estate housekeeping is $320 per professional per day. Bathrooms beyond two add $35 (standard), $60 (deep) or $70 (move-out). The number is a flat quote before the visit and does not change if the visit runs long. Standard: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds and tidy-down on a recurring schedule. Deep: everything in a standard clean plus oven and fridge interiors, baseboards, fixtures, vents, cabinet fronts, tile surfaces, sills and tracks. Move-out adds empty cabinet and drawer interiors.
