What method do you use to clean carpets?
Our referred professionals use hot-water extraction, commonly called steam cleaning. After a pre-vacuum and spot pre-treatment, hot water and cleaning solution are worked into the pile and then extracted, pulling embedded dirt and residue back out for a deep clean and faster drying.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Most carpets are dry within a few hours, since extraction pulls out the bulk of the moisture. Good airflow from open windows, fans, or AC speeds it up, and the professional avoids over-wetting so you are not left with soggy carpet.
Do you clean area rugs?
Yes. Area rugs are in scope and handled on-site at your home, including wool, synthetic, and blended rugs. Delicate or high-value rugs are color-tested first and cleaned with fiber-safe methods.
