The critical reviews mostly come down to two things, and both have a fixed answer. A clean that missed something: the 24-hour re-clean policy sends the professional back at no charge. A price that felt high: every quote is a flat number given before the visit, and the ranges are published by home size, so there is nothing to discover after the fact.
