Welcome to Maid VIP. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Maid VIP website and the referral services we provide. By using our site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
What Maid VIP Is
Maid VIP is a domestic referral agency. We vet and connect clients with independent residential and commercial cleaning professionals across the Los Angeles area. We are not a cleaning company, and the cleaning services themselves are performed by independent contractors — not by Maid VIP employees. Our role is to screen professionals and introduce you to one suited to your needs.
The Referral Relationship
When you request service, we work to match you with an appropriate independent professional. The arrangement for the actual cleaning work — including scope, scheduling, and performance — is between you and that professional. Maid VIP facilitates and supports the match but does not perform the cleaning itself and does not control the independent professional's day-to-day work.
Eligibility & Your Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site and services lawfully, and to give the matched professional safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. You are responsible for securing valuables and for disclosing any conditions relevant to the safe performance of the service.
Bookings & Scheduling
Quotes and bookings are requests that are subject to availability and confirmation. Any pricing shared before a service is an estimate based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if the actual scope differs. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are addressed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Fees & Payment
Fees for services are communicated to you in connection with your booking, and payment terms and methods are made clear at that time. Unless stated otherwise, you agree to pay the fees applicable to the services you request.
Independent Professionals; No Employment or Partnership
The cleaning professionals in our network are independent contractors operating their own businesses. Nothing in these Terms or in our referral creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between Maid VIP and any client or professional. We vet professionals carefully, but they exercise independent judgment and control over how their services are performed.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The site and our referral services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we screen the professionals we refer, we do not guarantee any particular result, and to the fullest extent permitted by law Maid VIP disclaims warranties not expressly stated here. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maid VIP's total liability arising out of or relating to the site or our referral services is limited to the amount you paid to Maid VIP, if any, for the referral giving rise to the claim. Maid VIP is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent professionals.
Intellectual Property
The content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Maid VIP and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
