Kitchen
The kitchen and bathrooms are where deposits are won or lost. In the kitchen: inside and behind the oven and refrigerator, inside and outside all cabinets and drawers, countertops and backsplash, sink and faucet descaled, and the floor including under where the appliances sat.
Bathrooms
Detailed tile and grout, shower and tub free of soap scum and hard water, glass clear, mirror streak-free, toilet inside and out and at the base, vanity and drawers, exhaust fan cover, and the floor.
Every Room
- Baseboards, door frames, doors, and light switches
- Windows, tracks, and sills; blinds dusted
- Closets emptied and wiped, shelves and rods
- Light fixtures and ceiling fans; vents
- Walls spot-cleaned for marks and scuffs
- Floors vacuumed and mopped to the material
