Why It's a Different Job

Regular cleaning removes the soil of daily life. Post-construction cleaning removes the residue of building — ultra-fine drywall dust, sawdust, adhesive, paint flecks, grout haze, sticker residue, and debris in places furniture never touches. It's slower, more detailed, and requires different technique. Sending a standard clean at a post-build space just moves the dust around.

The Fine-Dust Problem

Construction dust is extraordinarily fine and gets everywhere — inside cabinets and drawers, on top of doors, in light fixtures and vents, along window tracks, and circulating through the HVAC system, where it resettles for weeks if it isn't addressed. What's Included

• Removal of construction debris, packaging, and stickers/labels from fixtures and glass
• Fine-dust removal from all surfaces — walls, ceilings, trim, tops of doors and cabinets, fixtures, vents
• Inside cabinets, drawers, closets, and appliances
• Window, track, and sill cleaning; grout haze and paint-fleck removal
• Detailed floor cleaning appropriate to the material (with care for new stone and finishes)
• Final polish so the space is truly move-in ready

Where Phases Fit

Getting a Quote

Scope depends on the size of the project and how much dust and debris remain, so the most accurate quote comes from a short description (and ideally photos) of the space and its stage. You'll get a fixed price before scheduling.
