Paradise Cove is a gated mobile home park on the bluff and hillside above the cove at 28128 Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu (90265). The Kissel family has owned the land since the 1960s; residents own their homes and lease the space. There are about 260 homes on roughly 68 acres, from single-wides of around 500 sq ft to double-wides of 2,000 sq ft and more.
